Shipping
In the United States, shipments are usually placed with either UPS or Federal Express. If you would like us to use your UPS or Federal Express number, or an alternate carrier, please include instructions and appropriate billing numbers with your Purchase Order. Otherwise, we will use our own account and invoice for the actual amount it cost to ship the order.
Returns
All catalog products are guaranteed to meet Spectral Products' published specifications and to be free of defects in materials and workmanship as defined in the specifications for one year after delivery. The buyer's exclusive remedy and the limit of Spectral Products' liability for any loss whatsoever shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the buyer for the goods to which a claim is made. Spectral Products does not give any implied warranties of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose in connection with the sale of any Spectral Products products.
A Return Material Authorization number (RMA) is required for any returned goods. Please have your original ordering information ready and the nature of the problem before obtaining an RMA. This includes the original purchase order number, date of shipment and serial number. All the returns should be shipped with the original packaging materials and bear the assigned RMA number(s). A restocking fee may be charged for all returned goods. No product(s) will be accepted for restocking after 90 days. The repaired or replaced product(s) will be returned to you at Spectral Products' expense for products covered by warranty.
